We expect our staff to leave their egos at the door. We won't let you loose on clients immediately and you'll be well supervised. Our approach to tackling clients' problems is to involve the whole team.  Our collaborative approach to problem solving helps us to uncover new ways of doing things and ensures that when we go to client meetings, court or mediation, we are well prepared.
