Our Terms

The Lawyers’ Conduct and Client Care Rules require us to provide clients in advance with information on the principal aspects of client service.  Our retainer agreements are usually based on the Auckland District Law Society’s agreement for legal services, an example of which you can see here

We will carefully scope each individual job or project, provide you with a cost estimate and advise you of who will be working on the job and at what hourly rates and charges.
