What do I do?

I joined the firm in July 2011.  I work with Howard Thompson in the dispute resolution team.  We deal with a large variety of matters including insolvency, contract, employment and construction law.

What do I enjoy about what I do?

I became a lawyer because I wanted to help people.  This is what I enjoy most about my job now.  I like that every day something different ends up on my desk and my challenge is to deal with it.  Luckily, I have great people to work with!

What have I done in the past?

I worked for a large commercial firm in the construction litigation team after having spent 8 months travelling through Europe and the Middle East.

What am I like out of work?

I love heading to our family bach on weekends, walking my dog (Ted, Leonberger) along the beach, rain, hail or shine, it's my favourite place to be!  I also enjoy diving and yachting.

What would I be if I wasn't a lawyer?

A vet because I love animals.  I chose law over veterinary science because I knew I couldn't handle operating on animals.  I will stick to loving my dog Ted instead.
